2. Description of Services: QR Found provides tokens containing QR codes that can be attached to items. These QR codes can be scanned to help return lost items to their owners by sending them a text message.

3. Token Purchase and Ownership: When you purchase a token from us, you become the sole owner of the property.

4. Use of Services: You agree to use our products/services only for their intended purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

10. Refunds: QR Found offers a refund policy for Tokens purchased directly from us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at info.qrfound@gmail.com with your order details. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase and may take 14 business days to process. Please note that any shipping or handling fees associated with the purchase are non-refundable. QR Found reserves the right to refuse refunds if we suspect fraudulent activity or abuse of our refund policy.

12. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
